About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and App Development Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance and App Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile app and web application. Your primary focus will be on testing and documenting test cases, collaborating with the product owner and test manager to improve the user experience, and conducting site visits to test charging stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our mobile app and web application
- Collaborate with the product owner and test manager to identify and prioritize testing tasks
- Conduct site visits to test charging stations and gather feedback from users
- Document and report test results and findings
- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve the overall quality of the application
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of software development and quality assurance principles
- Experience with JIRA Xray and other testing tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
