About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Create and post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and actively engage with candidates through various digital channels.
  • Employee Support: Prepare employment contracts, employee records, and other HR documents. Conduct performance reviews, handle employee complaints, and provide support during the onboarding process.
  • Customer Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Completed vocational training or degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Ideally, experience in personnel services, recruitment, or sales, but also open to career changers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Service Orientation: High level of customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is essential, as all communication with clients and candidates will be in German. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license for on-site work.
