Psychiatrist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychiatrist Assistant to join our team at Time 4 Change GmbH. As a Psychiatrist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

• Assist psychiatrists in evaluating and treating patients with mental health disorders
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions to patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work
• Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a psychiatric hospital or clinic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations
