Mechanical Design Engineering Team Lead

As a Team Lead Mechanical Design Engineering, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the commercialization of this innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate engineering activities, lead design reviews, and report to upper management.
- Develop innovative 3D/2D design concepts and create precise manufacturing drawings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs.
- Manage the testing, commissioning, and assembly of equipment to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing plants and evaluating new equipment.
- Apply material science knowledge to select proper design materials and provide valuable input in design reviews and team collaboration.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships and oversee technical specifications for procurement.
- Utilize advanced CAD skills to support the development of digital manufacturing documents.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong group leadership skills.
- Experience with graphite vacuum furnaces.
- Large system design and integration experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
