Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the chronological and logical organization of business processes within the overall project timeline
  • Develop foundational plans
  • Report and coordinate with project management
  • Participate in project status meetings
  • Evaluate the schedule for potential critical issues
  • Present and oversee the critical path across all disciplines
  • Identify early signs of schedule discrepancies in the project and individual timelines
  • Aid in the formulation of alternative scheduling scenarios
  • Collaborate with relevant interface partners to develop solutions
  • Monitor problem resolutions and assess their effectiveness
  • Assist in tool development utilizing Oracle APEX

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical and Control Engineering
  • Extensive professional experience
  • Background as a scheduler in plant or project environments, preferably in rail vehicle technology
  • Proficient in the scheduling software Primavera EPPM P6
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project, SAP, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript
  • Expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and project management methodologies
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Strong character with the capability to drive initiatives and oversee their execution
  • Excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of processes
  • Quick adaptability to new processes
