Your Role in Our Team
As a Product Sales Training Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of product training for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.
- Support the creation of training materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Work with the training team to develop and maintain training content for various digital platforms.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a strong interest in agricultural machinery and sales.
- You should have a degree in a relevant field such as agricultural science, business administration, or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is required.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this position.
