Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Role Overview

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the accounting processes and ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements for all subsidiaries.
  • Independently compiling the consolidated financial reports for the group.
  • Leading a dedicated team of six finance professionals, providing both guidance and leadership.
  • Streamlining and enhancing processes within your area of responsibility to improve efficiency.
  • Driving the development of the finance department in terms of skills, structure, and digital transformation.
  • Reporting directly to the board of directors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification, ideally with a supplementary certification as a tax advisor.
  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in leadership; candidates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Navision, Nevaris, and Lucanet is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction sector and/or assessing partial services is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in advancing digitalization and optimizing financial processes.
