Dietary Specialist

AGAPLESION CATERING gGmbH plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients by providing nutritious and delicious meals across all AGAPLESION facilities.

• Evaluate menu orders using our digital menu recording system.
• Prepare specialized soups and purees to meet individual dietary needs.
• Conduct daily inspections of the diet postings on the food distribution line, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide training and support to kitchen staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
• Maintain strict compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and documentation procedures, prioritizing food safety.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the department, including office work and processing inquiries.

• A recognized qualification as a Dietician or equivalent expertise in dietetics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and various computer programs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A calm and composed demeanor under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
