Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Blume2000. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in selecting products, including flowers, plants, and decorative items.
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing store displays and arrangements.
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and motivating them to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
