Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to oversee financial management and control of projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure financial control and commercial interface with relevant departments.
  • Manage project calculations, including budget and forecast, progress, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, and facilitate cross-functional project review meetings.
  • Validate project costing, working capital, milestone payments, and liquidity planning.
  • Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation actions with project management.
  • Monitor project-related investments and start-up costs.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify risks and lead cost and schedule contingency management.
  • Ensure data reconciliation with financial systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management and/or Finance.
  • Project management certification and experience are beneficial.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project controlling.
  • Ability to steer project progress and performance.
  • Excellent financial and project management analytical skills.
  • Integrated and holistic thinker with intercultural competences and an open mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business fluency in English, with German and other languages advantageous.
