Center Parcs Bispinger Heide, a leading provider of family short breaks, is seeking a passionate and creative Entertainer to join our team.

As an Entertainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have unforgettable holiday experiences. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse entertainment program, engaging with guests, and fostering a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a wide range of entertainment activities, including music performances and captivating shows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Floor Manager to create an exciting and engaging program schedule.
  • Promote our diverse activities and provide clear information to guests, ensuring they are well-informed about available options.
  • Actively engage guests in activities, encouraging their participation and creating a fun and inclusive environment.
  • Provide support to visiting artists and entertainers during their performances.
  • Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment to ensure seamless delivery of entertainment experiences.
  • Process activity ticket sales and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of current entertainment trends and continuously refresh our program offerings to keep things fresh and exciting.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for them.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth and harmonious working environment.
Your Qualifications
  • Prior experience in entertainment techniques is highly desirable.
  • A background in performing arts such as theater, music, or dance would be an asset.
  • Artistic abilities and talents are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • A customer-oriented and service-driven approach is fundamental to this role.
  • Creativity, dynamism, and a passion for entertainment are key attributes.
  • Comfort performing on stage and engaging with audiences is essential.
  • Technical proficiency in operating audiovisual equipment is required.
