Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver (Altenpfleger/in / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in) (w/m/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care and support services to our residents, including managing their care plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Manage and coordinate care services, including medication management and treatment care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support services
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Completed training in Alten- or Krankenpflege
- Qualification in Praxisanleitung or interest in pursuing further education
