About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Marketing and Communications Leader to join our team at Eaton SAKS International Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  2. Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  3. Communications and PR: Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, crisis communications, and employee engagement.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  5. Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and revenue increases through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
