Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team at Schwertfels Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for handling monthly payroll for clients, addressing tax and social security inquiries, and preparing necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Respond to tax and social security inquiries from clients, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Prepare and deliver reports to clients, highlighting key financial insights and trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of accounting tasks and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in auditing or tax consulting, with a strong background in payroll accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of social security laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting and payment processes, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
