We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to accelerate our sales initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical solutions to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations to effectively position our technology against competitive industry markets.
- Provide first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their environments and introducing new concepts to solve problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing, to drive business success.
- Translate technical concepts into non-technical language, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Improve and develop technical documentation to enhance customer understanding of our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or sales fields.
- 3+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience.
- Strong presentation skills and presence, with the ability to establish trust with clients and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
