About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at MULTIVAC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex system projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct project meetings, including project kick-off, status updates, and project closure meetings.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for project meetings and site visits.
