We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH. As a specialist in plant maintenance, installation, and repair, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues and problems
- Conduct quality control checks and implement quality assurance measures
- Manage and replenish materials and supplies at the production site
- Completed education or at least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) or in a related field
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
- Availability for shift work
