About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Strategic Cloud Go-to-Market Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting global strategic topics with a focus on security and associated corporate processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting strategic topics in regular meetings and assisting in setting up strategic projects
  • Playing a part in strategic decisions on prioritization and implementing process improvements across SAP
  • Using analytical skills to drive changes in stakeholder processes
  • Collaborating with cross-teams globally to build bridges between SAP internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in planning, executing, and following up on expert meetings and C-Level Meetings
  • Supporting key stakeholders by sharing the latest information, achievements, outcomes, and learning about SAP's annual budgeting process
  • Contributing to our quality initiatives
  • Having the opportunity to take full ownership of your topics, including setting up meetings, preparing them, and presenting the results to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, business informatics, Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating C-Level/Executive Slides with PowerPoint, and demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Planner (Tasks)
  • Fluent in English to effectively communicate with virtual and international teams
  • General IT knowledge, project management skills, and an interest in SAP's strategy
  • Excellent team player with strong networking and independent working abilities, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn quickly in an international team environment
