About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel processing, including contract and certification administration
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees on personnel-related matters
  • Support the monthly preparation of payroll accounting, including control and reconciliation
  • Maintain the time recording and payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including applicant management and onboarding
  • Prepare personnel-related statistics, evaluations, and reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement personnel management strategies
  • Participate in national and international HR projects, driving process improvements and best practices

Requirements

  • Commercial training with a focus on HR, or a degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Knowledge of social security and labor laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications, with experience in time recording and payroll systems
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
