Fundraising Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert fundraising advice to church communities and religious institutions to support their development and growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the church foundation and fundraising initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate fundraising efforts for special projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Oversee inheritance fundraising, member, and finance communication, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust fundraising network within and outside the church, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accountability and control, and supervise staff in the fundraising department.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of church, budget, tax, and foundation law, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical context.
- Extensive experience in fundraising and/or communication, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and convincingly.
- Membership in a Protestant church in Germany is expected.
