Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join our team at PlantaCorp GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with the ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of 55,000 - 70,000 EUR per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships and reduce costs
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier data and contract information
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and packaging
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to product quality or delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
