Überblick über die Aufgaben:

Als Junior IT System Engineer bei Bechtle bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Implementierung und Unterstützung von Microsoft 365-Lösungen spezialisiert hat. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Analyse und Optimierung: Du analysierst die aktuelle Infrastruktur unserer Kunden und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, die durch den Einsatz von Microsoft 365-Lösungen realisiert werden können.
  • Beratung und Abstimmung: Du bist bei Beratungsgesprächen gefragt und unterstützt bei der Abstimmung von Software und Lösungen, die in den Systemen unserer Kunden zum Einsatz kommen sollen.
  • Lösungsimplementierung: Du unterstützt uns in Projekten und setzt Lösungen aus dem Microsoft 365-Umfeld für unsere Kunden um.
  • Präsentation und Berichterstattung: Du wirkst mit bei Präsentationen und Berichten für unsere Kunden, insbesondere zum Thema Microsoft 365-Produkte und -Lösungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Microsoft 365-Experte: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner, wenn es um Microsoft 365-Lösungen geht. Du befasst dich mit den Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Modern Work, Collaboration & Security aus dem Microsoft 365-Produktportfolio.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science oder einem verwandten IT-Fach.
  • Microsoft 365-Kenntnisse: Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft 365-Lösungen, idealerweise auch mit dem Windows Client-Management und -Security.
  • Grundkenntnisse: Du hast Grundkenntnisse rund um Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Client- und Server. Zudem freuen wir uns über relevante Herstellerzertifizierungen wie z.B. MS-900.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
