HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will manage all HR functions comprehensively within a designated support area.
  • As a primary point of contact, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all personnel-related matters.
  • You will oversee the recruitment process from initial briefing through to applicant management and contract finalization.
  • In collaboration with our Center of Excellence, you will facilitate the ongoing development of our workforce.
  • You will foster a trusting relationship with managers, employees, and your HR colleagues, as well as other stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • You possess a degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
  • You have gained initial HR experience, particularly in recruitment and employee support, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
  • You are eager to tackle a variety of tasks and think innovatively.
  • Your enthusiasm for engaging with people enables you to conduct difficult conversations with confidence and respect.
  • You are results-oriented and enjoy working independently in a structured manner.
  • Your primary working language is German, complemented by strong English proficiency.
