We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP HR System Specialist to join our team at Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our SAP HR system, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

About the role

  • Customize and maintain our SAP HR system, including configuration, testing, and implementation of new features and updates.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on SAP HR system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within the SAP HR system.

About you

  • Proven experience in SAP HR system administration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
