Join Our Team as a Store Manager in Aachen

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Zara store in Aachen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
