About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESS EU Demand Planner to join our team at LG Electronics. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand and revenue management strategies for Europe
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales operations and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Manage production and shipment planning to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Oversee inventory management across company and channels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Supply Chain process and implement process improvements
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Provide regular visibility reports on key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and update production plans accordingly
  • Match customer orders with available stock to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with factories to adjust production plans based on updated sales forecasts
  • Manage stock levels to prevent aging and minimize waste
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Entry-level experience in business system operation or data analysis preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German; fluency in Korean is a plus
