At ESL FACEIT Group, we're shaping the world of esports and gaming. As an Associate Esports Project Coordinator, you'll be part of our Esports Leadership team, responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the company's esports strategy and operational plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic projects set out by the Esports leadership team.
  • Create KPI reporting sheets and build processes to populate them with cross-organizational stakeholders.
  • Manage KPI tracking, focusing on events calendar, financial performance, viewership targets, and fan participation at live events.
  • Support and lead the creation of presentations and documentation for key internal meetings, such as EFG and Esports Town Halls, Leadership meetings, and offsites.
  • Outreach to stakeholders for reporting needs, collecting information on internal KPIs and esports-related projects, products, or innovation tasks.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks for the Esports Leadership team, including documentation, strategic roadmaps, business plans, and other key initiatives.
  • Support internal business initiatives, conveying executive leadership and esports leadership targets and goals to the wider business.
  • Support the execution of yearly HR & People & Culture areas, such as individual and team goal setting in Leapsome, Esports org's goals, and targets for the year.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to increase NPS employee score within the Esports division.
  • Coordinate and set up leadership and divisional meetings, implementing organizational structure.
  • Handle, shape, and format information for internal and external communication across multiple platforms.
  • Act as the point of contact among the leadership group, executives, and internal cross-organizational employees.
  • Attend meetings, keep minutes, follow up tasks, and ensure completion of action items.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Previous experience as an Associate Special Projects or Assistant to a leadership team or individual.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite of digital office products, such as Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to digest and understand reports across various reporting software, such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to manage information flow in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, gaming, and esports.
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus but not a requirement.
