Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team at Zoho Corporation Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements, providing technical support, and collaborating with product engineering teams.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security, and IT service management. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
- Provide technical responses to RFI/RFPs and conduct reseller/partner training.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up-to-date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
- Engage with existing ManageEngine customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security, and IT service management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
