Project Purchaser (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled Project Purchaser to strengthen our team in Wuppertal. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing offers, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze offers to ensure the best value for our company
  • Select and manage suppliers to meet our quality, cost, and time requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze international procurement markets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Participate in optimizing supply chains, processes, and purchasing tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a technical background
  • Perennial work experience in international purchasing
  • Strong negotiating competence and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge and excellent understanding of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
  • Excellent German and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
