Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and calculate comprehensive offers for turnkey building projects
• Create proposals for technical and economic optimization of projects
• Manage inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
• Support in offer negotiation and contract awarding

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and independence
• Desirable experience in calculating building projects
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take on responsibility
