About the Role

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize our product portfolio and improve efficiency.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products and services.
• Plan and manage travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and budget adherence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
• Calculate and set prices for our products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across all aspects of our business.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in travel and tourism or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the bus and group travel industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen sense of market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
