Operative Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operative Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rhenus Home Delivery GmbH. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the site manager to maintain a high level of quality and safety in the delivery business.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and training sessions with business partners and drivers.
  • Use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze our operational processes and initiate improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that our employees and partners adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in logistics or a related field, with at least 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management and safety regulations, as well as experience in end-to-end logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of key performance indicators.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
