Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to join our team at Active Agile. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for our scrum team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog
- Partner with clients, development, operations, external partners, and cross-functional leaders to identify, build, and measure features and functionality that meet business goals
- Define product functionality and write detailed User Stories/Epics with empathy for the end user that help engineers build with a clear end goal in mind
- Provide scope for a release and define release timing and strategy
- Work with the team to define each sprint plan, review completed work, and accept/reject results
- Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined software development process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product
- Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and clients
- Demonstrated interest in technologies and customer-driven design
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Independent thinker who's organized, has great attention to detail, and can multi-task
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Willing to take risks, experiment, and share fresh perspectives
- Proficient in Agile Tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present ideas clearly
- Agile/SAFe methodologies and previous product experience are pluses
- A degree in Economics or technical education
- Professional Scrum certifications like PSPO is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of both English and German language
