About POLYGON Deutschland GmbH

We are a leading provider of climate control and technical services, seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Operations Manager to join our team in KuB Olpe. As part of our Klimatisierung und Beheizung/TKL department, you will be responsible for overseeing temporary climate control projects and managing our service technicians.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate temporary climate control projects
  • Manage and organize our service technicians
  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or hands-on field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and pragmatism
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel and be mobile
  • Passion for delivering high-quality results
