About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications from scratch, using a range of technologies including JavaScript, web technologies, and high-performance databases.
  • Apply agile software development methods and object-oriented analysis and design principles to ensure efficient and effective development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Act as a feedback coach to your team, providing regular performance reviews and actionable insights to drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of professional development with JavaScript, including good familiarity with JavaScript libraries such as React.JS.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, microservices, APIs, complex web applications, and building scalable systems.
  • Strong eye for design and experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS.
  • First experience in leadership and ability to guide and support entry-level developers.
  • Concise, empathetic, and clear communication skills.
  • University or technical college degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or similar fields, or equivalent professional experience.
