About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Support and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining our automated test systems to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide expert technical support to resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, adapt, and configure system software, including operating systems and tester software
  • Solve complex hardware and software problems
  • Handle short-term projects and apply project management methodologies to achieve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Practical experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Linux operating systems
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with diverse teams
