Your key responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and education strategy for HELM Europe, focusing on vocational training, dual studies, trainee programs, and training organization.
  • Coordinate and support apprentices in all training areas, from recruitment to training and final exams.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach apprentices in their professional development, promoting their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with business departments and external training providers to ensure practical and future-oriented training and continuing education content.
  • Monitor and evaluate training and continuing education programs to ensure their effectiveness and quality.
  • Organize and develop learning and training programs for HELM in Europe, aligning with our global training strategy.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to implement our global training strategy at HELM.


Your profile:



  • You have a degree in education, psychology, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in training support.
  • You hold a trainer certificate, as you will take professional responsibility for our training programs.
  • Experience in committee work and educational policy topics is an advantage.
  • You have strategic knowledge with a focus on training and traineeships, and can drive strategic HR projects in this area.
  • Knowledge of modern learning methods and innovative educational concepts is an asset.
  • You are fluent in German and English to operate confidently in international contexts.
