Carbon Management Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Carbon Management Expert to join our Customer Success Team at Plan A. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing relationships and providing guidance on strategic questions related to sustainability and carbon accounting.
- Become an expert on the Plan A platform, leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge to resolve partners' pain points and identify opportunities for future product development.
- Work with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard and shape the future of our product pipeline.
- Collaborate with our sales team to translate customer opportunities into commercial value.
- Design operational strategy and push execution, continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive rapid growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in customer relationship management or complex project management, ideally at a growing startup working with SMBs and Enterprises in EMEA.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster durable business relationships, remaining calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism.
- Comfort working cross-functionally, aligning with sales leaders, product teams or customers at the biggest companies in the world.
- Savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying priorities and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience in the realm of carbon accounting, corporate sustainability, or ESG reporting.
- Fluency in German.
