About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, including checking for damage and verifying quantities
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
  • Operate a forklift or other material handling equipment to move inventory within the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our warehouse is open six days a week, and we require our team members to work at least two Saturdays per month.
