We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing business processes, operational workflows, and IT applications that drive our company's success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing, automating, customizing, and implementing complex business applications, as well as interfaces and ELT processes within the ERP system.
- Evaluating and comparing technical solutions to continuously improve and optimize applications.
- Participating in international projects, working closely with business departments and IT business designers to drive innovative solutions.
- Developing strategies and roadmaps in application lifecycle management, collaborating with team colleagues and specialist departments.
- Providing comprehensive induction and continuous feedback to support professional development and success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience as an internal SAP consultant with initial experience in managing external service providers.
- Sound knowledge of at least two SAP modules.
- Able to analyze and model business processes, design and implement interfaces between standard applications.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts simply and precisely.
- Bilingual English proficiency, with a strong understanding of German on a B1 level.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. Additionally, you can expect:
