Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at TriTec Pro, a leading company in the industry. This position offers the opportunity for employee leasing and provides a chance to work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with national and international customers
  • Handle incoming inquiries and process orders efficiently
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and manage necessary shipping documents
  • Manage and update data accurately to support business operations
  • Provide administrative support to the field sales team
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in sales support and customer service
  • Proficient in MS-Office and SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to change and interest in digitalization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Fluency in German and English
