Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of our installed Da Vinci Surgical Systems. Your primary function will be to implement the clinical sales plan defined by the Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the Da Vinci Surgical System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive utilization of the Da Vinci Surgical System in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgical teams, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders to promote the adoption of Da Vinci Surgical Systems.
  • Provide training and support to surgical teams to ensure they are capable of using the Da Vinci Surgical System independently.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive continuous expansion of the user base.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
