Senior Manager Banking Operations

Avaloq is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Account Servicing team in Germany, consisting of 9 people. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Banking Operations Germany within the Banking Operations business area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop your team through inspiring leadership, fostering a culture of openness and excellence for cross-functional and interregional collaboration, and building a strong talent pipeline
- Work with internal stakeholders to further enhance and streamline the service and improve customer satisfaction ratings, supporting and implementing change in daily processes
- Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of all services, in line with the agreed service level agreements
- Maintain positive relationships with the network and clients, which will contribute to improving the overall quality of the service
- Assume the role of senior point of contact for escalations involving the team
- Be a role model and an agent for change to drive the implementation of strategic efficiency, growth initiatives, transformation, and business development while achieving financial targets
- Support the daily business of the team, including
- Preparing regular reporting and management information
- Processing of various services in the area account management
- Supporting the team in projects and testing of new functionalities or regular releases
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience in global organizations and proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced multicultural and global environment
- At least 3 years of practical experience in banking operations
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability
- Process-oriented, strong communication skills, and good ability to think strategically, analyze issues, and understand complex situations
- Fluent in German and English
