About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on fresh produce and high-quality products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment; experience in the grocery or food industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
