Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join our team at Finally Founding. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our SaaS products used by millions worldwide.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate UI Designer to collaborate closely with our co-founders and dive deep into the design and refinement of groundbreaking products from scratch.

In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to:

  • Design new SaaS products from scratch based on feature requirements
  • Design new features for existing SaaS products
  • Conduct product research to inform design decisions
  • Create clickable prototypes
  • Do design handoffs for developers
  • Review functionality and user experience of pull requests
  • Build and maintain design systems

Your responsibilities will include adapting, learning, and thriving in the ever-evolving tech and design world.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design/UI design
  • High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
  • The ability to create designs that balance great UI/UX design with reasonable development times for MVPs
  • The ability to reason your design decisions with design principles and modern conventions

Please note that we are looking for individuals who can work independently, take responsibility for themselves, and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
