2557 GG GmbH Deutschland (FRA ZE) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Quality Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional travel and culinary experiences.

As a Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system across all aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive quality management system, including setting goals, defining test plans, and overseeing various testing phases in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Conducting thorough audits and quality inspections to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Evaluating identified issues, taking corrective actions, and managing the action system in close cooperation with management.
  • Performing and evaluating tests (including food sampling) based on HACCP/ISO principles, conducting weakness analyses, and implementing stage tests with support from department heads.
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP/ISO concepts by updating Standard Operating Procedures to align with company requirements.
    • Leading, enforcing, and coordinating quality assurance measures across all operational areas.
    • Maintaining strict adherence to food and hygiene regulations to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
    • Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of our Business Management System.
    • Developing and communicating monthly aggregated and site-specific quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.
    • Providing expert advice and guidance to site management and executives on quality-related matters.
    • Monitoring unit processes for incoming raw materials in the food sector, ensuring they meet quality standards for end product production.
    • Analyzing customer complaints (e.g., catering reports/FACs) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Addressing product defects arising from complaints, including those related to food poisoning, foreign objects, and other quality issues.
    • Establishing and maintaining an internal audit system encompassing process quality, hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance, along with a corresponding monitoring system.
    • Developing plans and procedures to ensure full compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
    • Coordinating with external service providers regarding operational requirements for cleaning, disinfection, and pest control.
    • Leading quality meetings/Quality Councils to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Undertaking other tasks as assigned by superiors to support the overall quality management objectives of the company.
