Labor Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at VACOM Vakuum Komponenten & Messtechnik GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving technical progress and developing innovative solutions.

• Experiment Planning and Coordination: You will plan and coordinate experiments and test plans to continuously advance our product and process development.

• Development of New Technical Solutions: Working closely with your team, you will develop novel and creative technical solutions that revolutionize the state of the art.

• Evaluation and Maintenance of Workflows: You will evaluate and maintain our workflows and equipment to ensure a steady technical advancement in the laboratory environment.

• Coordination within the Development Team: You will act as a central interface within the development team to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Successful completion of a technical degree (e.g., Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics) and/or a technical apprenticeship (e.g., Physics Laboratory Technician).

• Experience in experiment planning and coordination.

• Strengths in analyzing and structuring technical questions.

• Characterized by initiative and proactivity.
