As a key member of our Home & Garden Vertical team in Berlin/Dreilinden, you'll play a crucial role in driving our trading and campaign strategies. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and analysis, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute vertical campaigns and trading activities, setting goals and measuring performance to contribute to the overall vertical goal.
  • Coordinate with partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category management, marketing, and trading.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to generate actionable insights for campaigns.
  • Work with internal tools, analyze trends, and act on them to drive business growth.
  • Lead smaller cross-functional projects and drive UX improvements, site optimization, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German and fluent English.
  • University degree (or comparable experience) with a commercial or marketing background.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, commerce, or transactional business environments as a project or program manager, ideally within the Home Improvement/Home & Garden industry.
  • Ability to work tactically to drive and respond to business performance.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, number-driven, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with large or small groups, including clients, partners, peers, and cross-functional teams.
