You will be responsible for curating and innovating cocktail menus that match our hotel's creative vibe, training bar staff in mixology, presentation, and customer service, sourcing premium ingredients to ensure a unique cocktail selection, creating an engaging bar environment that encourages creativity and interaction, managing bar operations including inventory and cost control, and collaborating on special cocktail events to boost our reputation.

1. Curate and innovate cocktail menus that reflect our hotel's unique personality and aesthetic.
2. Train and develop a team of skilled bartenders who can deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
3. Source premium ingredients to ensure our cocktails stand out from the competition and meet the high standards of our discerning customers.
4. Create an inviting and dynamic bar environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and connection among our guests and staff.
5. Oversee the efficient operation of the bar, ensuring that inventory levels are managed effectively and costs are controlled.
6. Develop and execute innovative events and promotions that showcase our signature cocktails and drive business growth.
