About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT teams and drive the development of our IT strategy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services, as well as driving innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop our IT teams, including Workplace Service, IT Infrastructure, Application Delivery Management, and IT Project Management
  • Ensure the continuity and optimization of our IT operations and security
  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects in an agile project environment
  • Continuously improve our IT capabilities and methodological professionalism, with a high outsourcing ratio
  • Manage our IT service providers and develop our partnership-based cooperation
  • Plan and monitor budgets
  • Monitor current technological trends and review our IT transformation strategy
  • Communicate with stakeholders from departments and management
  • Report to the Chief Digital Officer

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable education
  • You have extensive and relevant experience in IT management, as well as successful realization of comprehensive IT projects
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in personnel management and the development of agile and self-managing teams
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous improvement
  • You have conceptual strength, structured and analytical approach
  • You have high leadership skills, communication strength, and team ability
